COVID-19 certainly caused disruption to life and business as
organizations moved work to digital platforms, reconflgured
Supply chains, and adopted new ways of doing business.
Many executives have suggested that their organizations
moved 20to 25times faster on digital transformation efforts
than anticipated before the pandemic. According to an IBM
report- 55% of organizations say that the pandemic has
resulted in permanent changes to organizational Strategy.

However tne combination of the urgency redquired by
business disruption and rapid adoption of technology alone
do not constitute digital transformation. While the flight to
digital solutions has enabled organizations to Survive, much
remains to be done to ensure that organizations thrive in the
